2025 NCAE/NEA Nomination Forms

Please click on the link for the appropriate form needed for the office you are seeking. Forms must be submitted by January 7, 2025, to be eligible for the nomination.

If you are interested in running for an NCAE office in 2025, now is the time to begin thinking about the process and getting your information in order. The deadline for NCAE nomination forms is January 7, 2025.

Below are the 2025 nomination forms for candidates running for NCAE Regional Directors, Council/Division Positions, and NEA Delegate Positions—Categories 1 and 2 (Category 1—non-supervisory personnel and Category 2—supervisory personnel.

BIOGRAPHICAL FORM

If you submit your nomination form(s) through the postal service it must be through certified mail addressed to Malika Butler, 3700 Glenwood Avenue, Suite 510, Raleigh, NC 27612, postmarked no later than January 7, 2025. Information submitted after the January 7 deadline will not be published.

Biographies and photographs of candidates submitting nomination forms for NCAE Regional and Council/Division Director positions will be published on the NCAE website.

NOTE:  March 16, beginning at 7 p.m. through March 26, 2025, ending at 11:59 p.m. are the days the NCAE Board of Directors has allocated for voting in the 2025 NCAE/NEA election of officers. 

Local elections must be held at the same time as the NCAE/NEA elections.  The deadline for submitting local nominations for election is February 16, 2025.
