Justice Riggs’ passion for equal justice and her decades of experience fighting for the rights of every North Carolinian make her a valuable member of the state’s highest court. NCAE also endorsed three candidates for the North Carolina Court of Appeals: Ed Eldred, Martin Moore, and Carolyn Thompson.
